Renamed Architectural film

As Filink releases new films, we have renamed our Architectural films.

Heat Premium series has 80% IR rejection at 950nm. VLT range is 60% and 70%.
Heat Royal series has 90% IR rejection at 950nm. VLT range is 50, 60 and 70%.

Hybrid Film and Black Label 96

Hybrid film means that Ceramic is coated on Sputtered film.
Heat H70 has good quality and reasonable price.

Ice Hybrid 95 is one of the best film. It has 50% VLT, 95% IR cut at 950nm, 100% IR cut at 1400nm. It has slightly better U-Value than Black Label 96.

Black Label 96 is 100% Ceramic coating film. Therefore, it has better durability and lower VLR. It has also 50% VLT, 95% IR cut at 950nm, and 100% IR cut at 1400 nm.

Architectural Film - HEAT ZERO Royal series

This is Architectural film HEAT ZERO Royal series.
R80 and R90 has 70% and 60% VLT which maximize VLT into the room. It has lower IR cut than data, because of same reason as HEAT ZERO Premium series.

Our company manufactures the film when we take an order. So you don't need to worry about long-term stored products.

Architectural Film - HEAT ZERO Premium series

HEAT ZERO Eco series is same as GEN 3 series. Both of them are same film, but different name for different purpose.

This is Filink Architectural film Heat ZERO Premium series.
Premium series consists of P80 and P90. It is 60% VLT and 50% V...LT which is the most popular VLT for Architectural film.

It has a bit lower IR cut than specification data. The reason is that the samples were kept in the store for a long time. However, the data will be recovered soon, if it is applied on the window.

Comparing before and after installation Black Lable 96

Insulation glass Heat Transmissivity
Red line : before install
Blue line : after install
Red line is before installing window film, and blue line is after installing film. As you can see heat transmissivity is significantly reduced.
<Heat Transmissivity result: Ave. 22.9% Transmissivity (78.1% Blocked) comparing to installation>
Competing Corp. H: 39% / L:44%

UV transmissivity rate
As you can see the graph, blue line occasionally goes high, but red line stick to 0.
Filink film blocks 99% UV.

Real time Temp.(Measuring Temp. changing every 10 Mins)
It was different day, so weather was also different. Red line was measured on Blur day, otherwise blue line was measured on sunny day. Anyway, blue line is lower than red line.
The maximum difference was 11˚C, average difference was 3˚C.

HEAT-ZERO Performance Data

Hello everyone.
I'm going to introduce HEAT-ZERO brand of Filink.
As I mentioned before, Filink has two kinds of Window film as 'GEN Auto' for Automotive, and 'HEAT-ZERO' for Commercial, and Residential.
I'll show you HEAT-ZERO performance data below.

Product Series name is sorted by first number of each product name.
For example, Heat H 05, 20, 35, 60 is 'H Series',  Heat R 80, 90 is 'R Series'

Heat E Series
Heat E series blocks 99% of UV and more than 70% of Infrared. This product is has good quality with reasonable price.
E 05, 20, 35 _  It is a Chip Dyed film with Black Color, but it is much durable against fade and corrode than competitors.
E 60 _  It is 100% Nano Ceramic window film which is not allow any metal or dye with Blue Color. There is no electric wave obstacle or interference unlike metallic film.

Heat P Series
100% Nano Ceramic window film doesn't allow any metal or dye without electric wave obstacle or interference.
Heat P series is premium product which blocks 99% of UV as well as good rejection of Infrared at 781-2500nm with blue color.
P 90 _ more than 90% of IRR
P 80 _ more than 80% of IRR

Heat R Series
100% Nano Ceramic window film doesn't allow any metal or dye without electric wave obstacle or interference.
Heat R series is luxury product which blocks 99% of UV as well as good rejection of Infrared at 781-2500nm. At the same time, it has high clarity of high VLT with blue color.
R 90 _ more than 90% of IRR
R 80 _ more than 80% of IRR

Heat U Series
It is designated for a long time. It has high rejection of heat wiht Diamond color. Diamond color gives elegant and style to the film.
U 95 _ more than 95% of IRR
U 90 _ more than 90% of IRR

Heat Hybrid
Heat Hybrid is partially coated metal on the Nano Ceramic film. It has blue color and a little bit of glare, but it looks style and has good rejection of heat at the same time with reasonable price.

Heat ICE Hybrid
It has both benefit of Inorganic convergence and IR film through Nano Ceramic sputtering technology. The film is consist of 7 layer Coating with blue-gold color.

Heat Black Label
It is the most outstanding product among HEAT-ZERO.
